Wuthering Waves Version 3.5 "Blade of Past Resounds, Lingering Dream Hymns" runs from July 10 to August 19, 2026, opening the Land of Xuanfang region. The new Resonators are Yangyang: Xuanling (Phase 1) and Suisui (Phase 2). The endgame meta stays anchored around outro-intro rotation stacking — pick your carry, then build a two-support rotation around them.
Pull Yangyang: Xuanling if you have Jinhsi or Changli — she's the missing intro-buff piece that pushes them past the current Tower of Adversity clear ceiling. Skip if you don't have a compatible carry.

S-tier — the picks that anchor endgame
Jinhsi stays the strongest single-target DPS. Her outro chain with Yuanwu or Zhezhi gives a burst window that clears Tower of Adversity's hardest layers in one rotation.
Changli is the strongest Fusion carry; she deals with Ice and Wind resistant enemies where Jinhsi struggles.
Yangyang: Xuanling is the new meta support Resonator. Her intro buffs Aero and Fusion damage across the party for the next carry rotation, and she doubles as a survival tool with her outro concerto refund.
Verina and Shorekeeper are both universal support/heal picks. Every team runs one of them. If you own neither, pull the current rerun.
A-tier — great, but replaceable
Jiyan is the older Aero carry — still strong but Yangyang: Xuanling opens a comp that outpaces mono-Jiyan in Tower of Adversity.
Yinlin is a sub-DPS Electro amp; she pairs beautifully with Xiangli Yao. Pull if you already own him.
Suisui is a strong Fusion sub-DPS, but she's competing against Changli for the on-field Fusion slot. Pull if you don't have Changli; skip if you do.
